FIR on Khan Sir

FIR on Khan Sir

An FIR has been registered against Patna’s most famous online teacher, Khan Sir along with 5 more teachers in Patrakar Nagar Police Station in Patna  regarding the protests of RRB NTPC. Police have claimed that the teachers have manipulated the students regarding the protest.  Khan Sir claims that, “He was just guiding the Railway aspirants and he was totally unaware of the situation which took place afterwards. He was not supporting or encouraging them to do so. He recommended a peaceful way for raising their voices but the students got violent.”

The reason behind all this was that the students of UP and Bihar were protesting against the biased and faulty examination selection process and result. The protest was in process since Monday afternoon. The candidates of Railway NTPC examination started gathering at Rajendra Nagar railway station in Patna, which created a huge mess. Students allegedly torched a passenger train and pelted stones at the police in Arrah, Bihar, in protest against alleged irregularities in the Railway Recruitment Board Examinations.  At the same time, the police have also gathered in trying to arrest the students marked in the ruckus. Protests were also held at Bihar Sharif railway station, while students protested in Prayagraj, UP on the previous day. Raids were started late on Wednesday evening in many lodges and hostels of Patna.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has decided to cancel the RRB NTPC CBT 2 and Group D CBT 1 exams following the furious students’ protests in UP-Bihar. Along with this, the board has also constituted a committee with the volunteers of the students, which will reconsider the results. After this, the examinations will be conducted again soon.

An official said that a video of the incident has been made and the accused will be arrested soon after the investigation is done.
